Mr. Hector Rodriguez, owner of the Cerrajería las Puentes business, came to my home and made a combination change to 2 locks, charging me for his very expensive service $450 for each lock. Unfortunately I realized later, that he charged me what a new and good brand lock costs. He abused the price.
